Delete Your Account

How to delete your CoffeeMeet account and data.

In the app (instant)

Open CoffeeMeet → Profile → settings at the top right → Account → Delete account.
Once you confirm, your account is deleted immediately and permanently; this cannot be undone.
If you have an active Plus / Pro subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the account does not cancel it.

If you can't open the app (by email)

Email sostechlabs@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email of the Apple or Google account you sign in with. After verifying it's you, we delete your account within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, age, gender, bio), photos, preferences and consent records
Your check-ins, cafés you have been to, order history, café ratings and comments (removed from the café averages too)
Your likes, matches and messages
Your push tokens and block list

What is kept for a while

Reports made by you or about you and the message evidence attached to them, for safety and possible legal claims, for at most 2 years. They are no longer linked to your account.
Records we are legally required to keep (if any), for the required period.
Purchase records are kept by the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat under their own policies.
