What CoffeeMeet does not guarantee.

Users are not verified: we do not check users’ identity, age, background or criminal record. Profile information is self-declared.
Meetings are your responsibility: your real-life contact with people you meet through the App is your own decision. To the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for users’ behaviour.
Taste match is for fun: the percentage based on drink preferences is only a conversation starter, not an assessment of personality, compatibility or trustworthiness.
Café information: café names, locations and types come automatically from open sources (OpenStreetMap etc.) and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Unless stated, cafés are not affiliated with CoffeeMeet; we are not responsible for their products, services or prices.
Drink list: drink names in the App are only for stating preferences; they are not a menu, price, ingredient or allergen information.
Location: accuracy depends on your device and GPS signal. The number of people at a café and the list change in real time.
Availability: we do not guarantee the App will always work without errors or interruption. Maintenance, updates or problems with third-party services (Apple, Google, Supabase etc.) may stop it temporarily.
Automatic filter: the content filter may miss some inappropriate content or occasionally block appropriate content.
Not professional advice: nothing in the App is legal, psychological or medical advice.

These limitations do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
